The Maine Bureau of Liquor Enforcement approves Alcohol Server Education Programs that meet the course criteria outlined in Maine Law Title 28A, Section 2519.

JPMA's Alcohol Server Awareness Program is approved by the Maine Bureau of Liquor Enforcement, Department of Public Safety.

As an approved alcohol server education program in the State of Maine, the names of those persons who are certified as successfully completing ASAP will be forwarded to the Maine Bureau of Liquor Enforcement.
